Domestic Assistance NDIS Services in Sydney
Flexa Care provides reliable, professional domestic assistance for NDIS participants and aged care clients across Western Sydney. Our support workers help with household tasks that may be difficult or impossible due to disability, injury, illness or age — enabling you to maintain a clean, comfortable and safe home environment. For NDIS participants, domestic assistance is funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life (Support Category 1). For aged care clients it is available under CHSP and Home Care Packages.

Domestic Assistance FAQ
How often can I get domestic assistance under NDIS?
This depends on your individual NDIS plan. Support can be weekly, fortnightly or on a schedule that suits your needs and funded hours.
Can the same support worker provide both personal care and domestic assistance?
Yes. Many Flexa Care clients have support workers who assist with both personal care and domestic tasks in a single visit, maximising efficiency and building a consistent relationship.
Is domestic assistance available for aged care clients without an NDIS plan?
Yes. Domestic assistance is available under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages for eligible aged care clients.
Do your support workers bring their own cleaning supplies?
Cleaning products are generally provided by the client. Discuss this with us when arranging your support.
