Flexa Care provides professional, respectful personal care support for NDIS participants across Western Sydney, South West Sydney and North West Sydney. Our experienced support workers assist participants with the activities of daily living that may be difficult due to disability, injury or health conditions.Personal care is one of the most common supports funded under NDIS plans. It is funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life (Support Category 1). Flexa Care supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

How NDIS Funds Personal Care
Personal care is funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life (Support Category 1). It is available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. You do not need a registered provider to access personal care through Flexa Care if your plan is self-managed or plan-managed.The amount of personal care support in your plan is determined by your NDIS planner based on your assessed needs and goals. Support can range from a few hours per week to multiple daily visits depending on your requirements.

Are your personal care workers trained and screened?
Yes. All Flexa Care support workers hold relevant qualifications, have current NDIS Worker Screening clearances and are trained in manual handling and person-centred support.
How many hours of personal care can I get under NDIS?
This depends on your individual NDIS plan and assessed needs. Your support coordinator or planner can advise on your funded hours.
Can personal care be provided early morning or late evening?
Yes. We provide personal care across a range of hours to suit your routine and lifestyle.
